The Business
Nova Alarms are an independent, family-owned business that provide security systems such as domestic CCTV, burglar alarms and remote monitoring, tailored to the requirement of individuals and businesses.
They have been in operation for over 30 years and have a team of highly skilled engineers who install, repair, and maintain their bespoke systems.
Prior to meeting with the team at SOS Creativity, their website was outdated and not the best representation of their business.
Their website is now modern and updated, portraying the business and ethos accurately.
They also required social media management which we did by utilising platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Through managing their social media accounts, we have been able to; Increase brand awareness and receive a handful of enquiries.
Through the ongoing management of their social media accounts, we aim to continue to provide Nova Alarms with enquiries and leads. We also create email marketing campaigns every fortnight which also generate regular enquiries.
We also provided Nova Alarms with a videography package by filming a 60 second video of their premises to use in promotion on their website and social media platforms.
The Process - SOS Creativity
Design - The first step in the process was to design the website using Adobe XD. This process is where we brought Nova Alarms' ideas to life.
Review - Once the design was completed, we then arrange a meeting with Nova Alarms to review and gather feedback on the design.
Develop - With the client happy and ready to proceed with the designs, our next step was to then develop the functional website.
Testing - Once the development was completed, the next step in the process was to test the website. During this phase, we conduct a series of tests such as stress test, usability test and responsive test.
Sign off- With the tests passed, the next stage was to review the functioning website with Nova Alarms and sign off the project.
Launch- Once Nova Alarms were happy to sign off on the website, the final step was to launch the website, complete an extensive post launch checklist and tell the whole world about it.
