The Business
Fortify Consultants is an accountancy business based in Manchester, UK. They provide services such as Payroll and HR, Accountancy, and other Financial Services.
Fortify Consultants came to SOS Creativity for website redevelopment and content marketing services. Their previous website did not stand out and was not a good representation of their brand. They had a standard brochure website which lacked traffic. They also needed social media management as they did not have a great online presence.
After a meeting with SOS Creativity, we were able to create a solution for all these outstanding problems.
The Goal - SOS Creativity
We firstly redeveloped their website and gave it a new and modern look. We then implemented HubSpot forms which will help them to attract visitors and convert leads.
Secondly, we began managing their social media accounts to increase their brand awareness. This included incorporating different monthly and quarterly lead generation campaigns to increase the number of leads. We created landing pages specifically made for each campaign and used social media to direct visitors to that page, where they could sign up for a free consultation.
Through our marketing efforts, Fortify Consultants now have a website that portrays their brand and services properly as well as an increase in their online presence through social media management.
The Process - SOS Creativity
Design - The first step in the process was to design the website using Adobe XD. This process is where we brought Fortify Consultants' ideas to life.
Review - Once the design was completed, we then arrange a meeting with Fortify Consultants to review and gather feedback on the design.
Develop - With the client happy and ready to proceed with the designs, our next step was to then develop the functional website.
Testing - Once the development was completed, the next step in the process was to test the website. During this phase, we conduct a series of tests such as stress test, usability test and responsive test.
Sign off- With the tests passed, the next stage was to review the functioning website with Fortify Consultants and sign off the project.
Launch- Once Fortify Consultants were happy to sign off on the website, the final step was to launch the website, complete an extensive post launch checklist and tell the whole world about it.
