The Business
All Star Electrical Supplies are a family-owned independent electrical supplier based in Bolton, UK. They supply products such as lighting, wiring, heating, security and so on.
They sell quality products at competitive prices and pride themselves on being able to offer first class shopping experiences to their clients.
All Star Electrical Supplies employed SOS Creativity to help them create a new e-commerce website to showcase their products and portray their business as a wholesaler.
After meeting with SOS Creativity, we created a plan to develop them a website and create an online presence and suitable ecommerce platform. We were able to create a brand-new ecommerce website, integrated with eBay to allow them to be able to sell their products.
Following our meeting, All Star Electrical Supplies now have a website and are also able to showcase and sell their products online.
The Process - SOS Creativity
Design - The first step in the process was to design the website using Adobe XD. This process is where we brought All Star Electrical Supplies' ideas to life.
Review - Once the design was completed, we then arrange a meeting with All Star Electrical Supplies to review and gather feedback on the design.
Develop - With the client happy and ready to proceed with the designs, our next step was to then develop the functional website.
Testing - Once the development was completed, the next step in the process was to test the website. During this phase, we conduct a series of tests such as stress test, usability test and responsive test.
Sign off - With the tests passed, the next stage was to review the functioning website with All Star Electrical Supplies and sign off the project.
Launch - Once All Star Electrical Supplies were happy to sign off on the website, the final step was to launch the website, complete an extensive post launch checklist and tell the whole world about it.
